Frequently asked questions
1. Who can join the referral program?
Anyone, individual or company, who knows property owners or investors on the Costa del Sol: estate agents, lawyers, property administrators, accountancy firms or private individuals. You don’t need to work in the property sector.
4. When does a referral count as valid?
When the owner you introduced signs a management contract with Besty Homes and wasn’t already in contact with us through another channel.
2. Is there any cost to take part?
No. Joining the program is free, and you’re under no obligation to send a minimum number of contacts.
5. How much do I earn for each referral?
You receive 5% of our management fee during the months with holiday rental (nightly) rates for each signed contract. The exact terms are set out in the collaboration agreement.
3. What do I need to do to refer a property owner?
Message us on WhatsApp or fill in the form with the owner’s name and contact details, always with their permission. We’ll take care of the rest.
6. When and how do I get paid?
We pay by bank transfer together with the monthly statement, between the 1st and the 10th of each month, with a report showing what each referral has generated.
